Russia connects France to the dispute with Ukraine on three billionth debt
Moscow, 2 December. The head of Russian Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov asked French counterpart Michel Sapin assistance in resolving the issue of Ukraine's debt to the Russian Federation.
French Economy and Finance Minister Michel Sapin is located in Moscow working visit, the purpose of which is to strengthen economic, industrial and trade relations with Russia.
