Ministry of Economic Development proposes to prohibit agencies set neck "For administrative use" (ADI) on projects of normative legal acts in the sphere of entrepreneurial and other economic activities. RSPP, according to him, also drew attention to this problem and considers it necessary to conduct ODS procedures in respect of such projects on a mandatory basis and on a general basis.
