ECB promises to keep incentives

The European Central Bank (ECB) at the end of the July meeting to leave interest rates on loans at zero and did not change the QE program parameters. The regulator also kept interest rates on deposits at the level of minus 0.4% per annum, and the rate on the marginal lending to 0.25% per annum.
